One of two prints (see also A Sharp Lookout) we brought out when a moderate-sized fleet of average-sized Tall Ships came to town this past summer. A whiff of tar & romance from the days of sail, when the Coast Guard were part of the Treasury Dept. and almost more concerned with the illegal importation of unrevenued spirits than with shipwrecks.
